This article was stellar man. I learned a lot and it’s really helped me process my own boundaries better. Thank you.🙏
As someone who’s struggled for a while with their boundaries this hit home. Dharma is the embodiment of truth and righteousness. It’s strong and exact. Like the kindness you mentioned.
It’s funny that you mentioned Tantra here and using it as a compass. In Buddhism—especially Mahayana and tantric Buddhism you have the Truth Body or the Dharmakaya which is considered the ultimate foundation of reality.
That says a lot. Truth—as the foundation of reality. Huh. What a concept.
Interestingly, Warren Buffet had said "The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything."
When a yogi and a a world renound capitalist say the same thing, it's probably a good idea to put that into practice.
I really relate to the yoga niceness part. I recently posted an episode in my podcast, Soul Confetti: Celebrating Life’s Lesson, called Below the Surface of Love and Light. Love and Light are just words. It is underneath that, in the darkness, that real change must occur.
Love the honesty!
I am interested to work with you on boundaries. Do you support others in that?
I do! Take a look at my website deeyergo.com for some more info!
